Passion: You may spend a blood point to give a creature a +1 bonus to his attributes for the remainder of the scene.
Despair: You may spend a blood point to attempt a social challenge to give a creature a -1 penalty to his attributes for the remainder of the night. The target may spend a willpower to end this effect.
Eyes of Chaos: You may spend two blood to attempt a social challenge with a target with whom you are interacting, in order to gain unnatural insights into his personality. For the remainder of the night you enjoy a +2 bonus to your challenges against him. This ability cannot be used in combat.
Voice of Madness: You may spend two blood to attempt a social challenge against a target. If you succeed, he suffers a -2 penalty to his attributes for the remainder of the night. If he wishes to end this effect earlier, he may spend two willpower to do so.
Shatter The Mind: You may spend three blood to attempt mental challenge against a target. If you succeed, you cause horrifying hallucinations in him. These cause the target to do nothing on his next turn, save perhaps flee the scene. He may use any means of movement or fleeing if he desires, but otherwise cannot take actions.
